Groupe Accès Subventions (9568-6986 Québec inc., NEQ 1182202011) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

1. Who is responsible

Privacy Officer, reachable at info@accessubvention.ca.

2. The information we collect

2.1 What you give us

When you fill out a form (free analysis, client form, newsletter, contact), we collect the information you enter: name, company name, email, phone number, as well as information about your business and your project.

2.2 The paid diagnostic

Payment for the diagnostic is processed by Stripe. We do not see or keep credit card numbers.

2.3 Live chat

If you use the chat window, your messages and the information you enter there are processed by Tawk.to.

2.4 Third-party services and cookies

Our site uses the following services: Formspree (form submissions), Tawk.to (live chat), Google Fonts (typefaces) and Cloudflare (hosting). The client form also sends the information entered to our internal request-tracking dashboard. Payment for the diagnostic, on diagnostic.accessubvention.ca, is processed by Stripe. These services may use cookies or receive your IP address. Our site does not use an audience analytics tool or advertising cookies. The chat service (Tawk.to) may, however, use cookies to function.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that help us operate the site and our services (hosting, forms, payment, chat, email). Some of these providers are located outside Quebec, including outside Canada, which means your information may be processed outside Quebec. For a grant file, we only send your information to an agency (for example Investissement Québec) as part of your mandate and with your agreement.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: we keep it for 2 years after our last contact when your request has no follow-up. For client files, we also keep it for as long as the law requires. Afterwards, we destroy or anonymize it.

6. How we protect it

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: secure connection (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and choice of recognized providers. No method of transmission is entirely risk-free, however. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

Write to info@accessubvention.ca. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

8. Minors

Our site is intended for businesses and entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. The update date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
